The context.
A coliving business has many connected needs: matching people and homes, managing bookings, taking payments and verifying residents. Fragmented tools make that experience harder for both residents and the team.
My contribution.
As CTO, I worked on the company’s technology strategy and the development of its technical function. I built a unified PropTech platform connecting booking, payments and verification, alongside work on matching and the booking funnel.
What changed.
The work brought previously separate flows into a shared product. Internal hackathons and playful experiments were also part of how we explored ideas with the team.
