The context.
Fynza builds financial tools for tour operators, using booking data to support financing and risk evaluation. The initial MVP serves the tourism sector in Mexico.
My contribution.
I started development in April 2026 as the only engineer, taking on the foundational architecture and implementation of the financial and risk-evaluation platform. The work spans the product experience, data integrations, backend systems and infrastructure.
What changed.
We launched the MVP in early September 2026. Engineering began with one person; today we are a team of eight engineers. That means my work now extends from building directly to coordinating technical decisions across the team.
The next chapter.
International expansion is planned for 2027: taking the platform beyond its initial market and preparing the technology and team for that next stage.
