Where it started.

A small experiment at the intersection of music and visual perception. Keyboard input connects notes and colours in an interface that responds to playing.

What I’m exploring.

React connects the interaction state to colour, while Tone.js provides synthesis. Its value is the immediate relationship between a gesture, a sound and an image.

Where it stands.

An earlier source-available prototype, distinct from Synthwavin. No hosted demo or clinical claim about synesthesia is implied. The artwork is an illustration.
